Falcon 9 carrying Starlink 71 liftoff
A SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle launched 53 Starlink satellites (Starlink-71 / Starlink 5-3) to low-Earth orbit, from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, on 2 February 2023, at 07:58 UTC (02:58 EST).

Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on the “A Shortfall of Gravitas” droneship, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Falcon 9’s first stage (B1069) previously supported four missions: CRS-24, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13F, OneWeb 15 and one Starlink mission.
