Shenzhou-14 astronaut Liu Yang briefly presented the main objectives of the mission at the press conference held at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, on 4 June 2022. Lin Xiqiang, deputy director of the China Manned Space Agency, presented the main functions of the Wentian and Mengtian lab modules.
Shenzhou-14 mission overview
Shenzhou-14 (神舟十四号) is the third crew of three astronauts, Chen Dong (陈冬, commander), Liu Yang (刘洋) and Cai Xuzhe (蔡旭哲) to enter the Tianhe Core Module (天和核心舱) and the second scheduled for a six-month mission on the China Space Station (中国空间站).
