On Monday, October 24, 2022 (Moscow time zone), the Progress MS-19 cargo spacecraft left the International Space Station after more than eight months of operation.

It is expected that at 04:51 Moscow time the Progress MS-19 engine will be switched on for braking, as a result of which the ship will enter the earth's atmosphere and collapse. According to the calculations of specialists from the enterprises of the State Corporation Roscosmos, unburned elements of its structure will fall in the non-navigable area of the South Pacific Ocean.

The Progress MS-19 spacecraft was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on February 15, 2022, and two days later it moored to the ISS, delivering more than 2.6 tons of cargo.
