The sixth socio-economic formation of civilization
On April 6, 2020, the Executive Order on Encouraging International Support for the Recovery and Use of Space Resources was issued by President Trump, from which it follows that gradually the entire US economy is strategically moving into Space.

Modern society was preceded by five types of industrial relations:
1. Primitive;
2. Slave-owning;
3. Feudal;
4. Capitalist and
5. Socialist.
At the same time, the current productive forces of civilization are developing according to the last of the 4 types of societies:
1. Nomadic;
2. Sedentary;
3. Industrial;
4. Informational.
The modern interaction of productive forces and production relations leads civilization to the emergence of the sixth socio-economic formation (SHOEF) - information-space, or astronautical.
In the United States, de facto, the construction of a new sixth socio-economic formation has begun.
Those states on Earth that in the next 10 years will not have their own flotilla of homeostatic arks (GC) or share in it, will forever remain outside the new global vector of the political and economic organization of society.
Homeostasis is self-regulation, the ability of an open system to maintain the constancy of its internal state. The desire of the system to reproduce itself, to restore the lost balance, to overcome the resistance of the external environment.
From April 6, 2020, the de facto construction of space flotillas has become the main goal of civilization in the United States. Not human genetics will adapt to space, but on the contrary, space will adapt to human genetics. This is the whole point of the Civil Code.
This will lead to a progressively increasing exponential increase in the number of orders in the space industry. This will be a multiplier for the entire world national economy, and not only for the actual national economy of the United States.
The era of total international industrialization of space has come, TMIK.
According to cosmonaut S.V. Krichevsky (2020), the first "space" person can objectively appear on the GC by about the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the space era, by 2057.
Today, there is no longer any problem to get to the surface of the Moon, Mars, the moons of Jupiter and Saturn.
In 2020 alone, three unmanned missions to Mars were launched simultaneously:
1. July 20 - Orbiter "Al-Amal" ("Hope") UAE
2. July 23 - China Expedition Tianwen-1 ("Questions to Heaven")
3. July 30 - Expedition with the US rover Perseverance
Russia and the EU did not have time to prepare the joint project "ExoMars-2020" on time and did not use this "Martian" window of opportunity, the start was postponed to 2022.

But it is impossible for an earthly person, plants, birds, fish, beneficial microorganisms and animals to live normally in outer space without protection from microgravity and radiation.
This protection can only be provided to them today by the GK, which is partially dependent on support from the Earth, of an intermediate type - between the ISS, which is completely dependent on services from the Earth, and the fully autonomous O'Neill Cylinder.

From the pathological viral mechanism of "natural selection" there is only one radical "cure" in a strategic perspective - the Exodus of civilization into space, that is, the transition to a completely friendly "artificial selection".

"Humanity will not remain forever on Earth, but, in pursuit of light and space, at first it timidly penetrates beyond the atmosphere, and then conquers the entire solar space." "The planet [Earth] is the cradle of reason, but one cannot live in the cradle forever."
100 years ago, during the years of revolutions, wars and the Spanish flu pandemic, Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky in his story "Out of the Earth" called for space exploration for the salvation, survival and development of man and mankind in the event, in particular, of such disasters on Earth as the Spanish flu pandemic (pig influenza H1N1), - proposed ideas and technologies for human expansion into outer space.
Today, the COVID-19 pandemic has posed a question for humanity: to be or not to be? This viral threat is a growing pattern. Civilization, in order to survive, must be prepared for such an unfavorable course of events.
Flotillas of spaceships, planetary craft, starships, consisting of GC, will enable civilization to comfortably move from Earth to Space.
Space organizations are already working on issues related to the reproduction of humans, plants, fish, birds, beneficial microorganisms and animals in space.
NASA in 2019 officially created two public-private space development groups: one for the exploration of the moon (Jeff Bezos), the other for the exploration of Mars (Elon Musk). The start date for both projects is 2024.

There are kits for the cosmonaut squads of the European Space Agency (ESA), Japan, India, China and many other countries. These people, among other things, will gradually form a "space" man, as a new "space" kind of man, permanently living in space on the GC of two types:
- On a stationary GC on the planet or on a satellite;
- On a mobile GC in open space.

Thanks to the socio-political and economic consequences of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, O'Neill's idea of the exodus of a "space" man into the universe has a chance to become the leading strategic idea of human civilization in the 21st century.
In the end, colonies of earthlings should appear in space. These colonies must be physically located on fleets of specially adapted spacecraft - Homeostatic Arks (GC).
Artificial Gravity Astronautics Stage on Homeostatic Arks
Today, the first stage of the development of cosmonautics has ended, which lasted about 60 years, from October 4, 1957 to 2018.
It was, gone into history, the astronautics of weightlessness, or microgravity. She leaves with the departure of the ISS.
It was replaced by the second stage - the stage of artificial gravity astronautics on homeostatic arks.
The construction of the latter should be ensured by the "post-like" total international industrialization of space (TMIK). Humanity has no other strategic goals today.
Blue Origin, founded by Jeff Bezos, has announced the hiring of specialists in the design of manned space stations. This was announced by the CNBC TV channel. We are talking about the serial construction of modern Homeostatic arks.

The channel refers to an announcement posted by Blue Origin earlier this week. According to the TV channel, this is the first step towards the creation of space stations designed for long-term residence and work of people.
The move is in line with Bezos's vision of striving to achieve a level of development for Blue Origin, which would "allow for the living and creative work of millions of people in space for the good of the Earth."
The company calls its project "Orbital Habitat", it includes:
- Technical concept development;
- Preparation of a product release strategy;
- Economic justification;
- Customer relationship model;
- General outline of the potential market;
- Industrial cooperation;
- Approach to project implementation and
- Supply system.
While the ISS is essentially a laboratory focused on microgravity research, Blue Origin describes its space stations as “destinations” for humans, different from habitats reserved for small, professionally trained crews.
The company plans to build and launch such artificial gravity space stations over the next decade.
According to the publication, Bezos considers this project "fundamentally different" from the International Space Station (ISS).
The Bezos company plans to develop its stations and start launching them into orbit within the next 10 years, the channel said.
