The moon is the most important celestial body that should be mastered by civilization in the very next 10 years. The assembly and construction of large space planets in the form of mobile GC is ECONOMICALLY RATIONAL and is possible only on the Moon, where the force of gravity is 6 times less than that of the Earth and where there is no atmospheric resistance.

Space industrialization is not obvious to many people on Earth today, but it is inevitable. This was proved by Gerard O'Neill [Gerard Kitchen "Gerry" O'Neill (1927 - 1992)] - astrophysicist (USA) - the author of the socio-economic stage in the development of astronautics.

In 2034, construction will begin on the first Russian lunar base, Patron Moon, with a small nuclear power plant that can house 50 people. For the manufacture of all-metal aircraft, it was required to produce at least 40 types of steel grades. For the production of missiles - more than 80.

The production of rockets requires a new round of industrialization from civilization - space, requires completely new space technologies in the 21st century.

This process will lead to the development of space sources of energy, today inaccessible to civilization on Earth. This is the key to a leap in economic development on the Earth itself, which today is experiencing another crisis of relative global planetary overpopulation. Previously, overpopulation was predominantly country, regional.

Prosperity on Earth is directly dependent on the success of civilization in the industrial development of the Moon with the massive use of robots and the maximum possible automation and modern computer IT technologies.

Therefore, the problem of permanent residence of people on the Moon, their complete physiological adaptation, should be solved first and foremost and systematically through the widespread development of space technologies.

This issue is resolved by placing stationary Homeostatic Arks [GK] on the Moon with an earthly gravity level. Technically, there is no problem here. The problem is rather in the social organization of the earthly community. In assessing their priorities. In the real scientific potential of its political leaders.

The source of space industrialization can be a "special" space loan.

There are 72 states in the world that have their own specialized space agencies with an annual total budget of more than $ 60 billion.

Such funds are quite enough to build at least one full-fledged international stationary Homeostatic Ark (GC) on the Moon in 10 years.

All countries will be divided into two groups: some will permanently live in space on the GC under conditions of healthy artificial gravity at the Earth's level (1.0g), that is, they will be full-fledged "space people", while others will be temporary visitors in conditions of pathological weightlessness.
